This policy needs legal review and these business details before Livingstudio accepts payments:

  • Support email (NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL)
  • Legal company name (NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME)
  • Registered address (NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_COMPANY_ADDRESS)
  • Governing law region (NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_GOVERNING_REGION)
  • Policy effective date (NEXT_PUBLIC_POLICY_EFFECTIVE_DATE)

Don't use the service to create or upload:

  • Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any way. We report it to the authorities.
  • Sexual or intimate imagery of real people, or any depiction of a real person without their consent.
  • Content that impersonates someone to deceive, including fake endorsements and deceptive political content.
  • Recasts or other edits that put a real person's likeness into a video without their consent, or that use the likeness of a public figure or celebrity.
  • Harassment, threats, hate or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
  • Instructions or imagery that meaningfully help someone cause serious harm.

Also don't try to get around safety checks, rate limits or credit rules, resell access, or automate the service without permission.

How we enforce it

Prompts, uploads and results are checked automatically. Blocked requests aren't charged. Results that fail checks are held for review and not shown. Repeated or serious violations lead to suspension.

Reporting

Use “Report a problem” on any result or the help page. Reports are private and reviewed by a person.
